I have over 20 years of executive sales management experience as General Manager and General Sales Manager with Cadillac, Chevy, GMC, Ford, Lincoln and import dealerships. The successes I achieved were mainly due to processes and training, combined with accurate forecasting. I have trained well over 500 salespersons with many of them successfully evolving into successful managers themselves. One of the biggest mistakes I've observed dealers do over and over is promoting successful salespeople into unhappy, non productive managers. My greatest passion is taking an unpolished rock of a salesforce, and through proper & effective training, mold it into a polished gem of a sales TEAM!
