Bolstered with my lived experience as a BIPOC male, this unique background has equipped me adeptly to serve as a steward who prioritizes empowerment, psychological safety, and diversity. As a change catalyst and unwavering advocate for behavioral health, addiction, trauma recovery, and all marginalized communities, my approach is a justice delta, measuring the difference in the three facilitators of social change: relationship, trust, and capacity; this concept encourages a continuous strive for equality, unity, and restoration.
