Provide account executives and clients with small business cards and payments product knowledge and expertise to assist clients in identifying and developing new solutions, and to optimise existing portfolios. Undertake pre-sales product and platform demonstrations with clients and their customers and undertake project management and delivery activities to enhance data products and solutions. Extract and interrogate transaction data for management and client reporting.

Manage the realignment of the banking, settlement and reconciliation processes and procedures, and credit card transaction exception processing for Visa card transactions, as part of the broader Coles-Visa direct connect relationship
