Worked in various job cells on the hydraulic excavator bucket line.To include:Hinge top assembly, Responsible for layout, fit-up, seal welds before placement into a robotic welder.Once removed from robotic welder, repaired imperfections to meet standards for quality. To include measurement to tolerance and proper weld size.Cutting edges, Responsible for proper material and part selection, layout, Fit-up and seal welds before placement into robotic welder.Once part is removed from robotic welder an inspection is done to ascertain proper weld size and any perfections in welds. Any rework is done at this time.Plasma cut table, Responsible for proper plate selection for parts to be cut and proper program selections to account for travel speed, cut speed and other parameters.Remove parts from table, clean cutting debris by using various hand tools.Side plates,Loading proper parts into cnc verticle mill. Selecting proper program to run parts according serial number and part number.After removing parts from mill, using various measurement tools to insure compliance with print tolerances.Finish Weld, this area was the last step before painting. Fixing errors from robotic welding, also adding other parts to complete the assembly of the bucket. Also work in various job cells on the demolition hammer line.
