This involved probing the students knowledge with questions to ensure their understanding.While instructing in flight I had to display on the spot critical decision making skills as well as the capacity to manage and monitor many complex flight controls, instruments, as well as the radio communication and flight navigation while instructing. During all of this I had to be ready to act in the case of emergencies of any sort to ensure the safety of myself, the student, the aircraft and those on the ground.Aside from this I was responsible for various office duties such as opening and closing the facility, and general office upkeep.
