• Handle complex residential and commercial property claims including structural losses, detailed business income losses, and total losses • Manage all national account claims within assigned territory based on the severity of the claim• Communicate with Travelers agents and underwriting partners regarding coverage and coinsurance issues• Provide estimate assistance to Northland on all claims within assigned area and communicate with the Northland claims representative for settlement
