To lead the Training & Implementation of Primarks new stock management & reporting system across 2 areas in the UK with 22 stores & approx 165 Managers. Provide ongoing support through cutover to new system as well as key direction to in store trainers (on-site) for completion of all training & QRGs. Provide regular feedback & troubleshooting to central function team to assist with further global roll-out.Deliver & coach the new system training to all Implementation Managers/Trainers in Spain & Italy.

- To lead and manage the change activity in 8 stores with an oversight of 65+ managers directly and approx 1400 colleagues both directly & indirectly, covering a combined retail space of c. 250,000 sq ft working alongside the store teams to make sure there is effective and clear communication, training and support in the new ways of working. - Manage all training activity in store, leading the facilitation of sessions and supporting the sessions delivered by the in-store trainers. - Support colleagues with any ad-hoc coaching, identify skills and development areas for the store and project to align them with implementation tasking. -Collaborate with ISE Manager & Store Management team to prepare and deliver implementation activities in line with Project Schedule.- Act as main contact between Project Team and Store Manager, providing weekly updates on training budgets, completion rates and KPI’s in store.- Complete regular reports for progress tracking, identify development areas, create action plans and provide ongoing support to colleagues and In-Store Trainers on all new ways of working keeping BAU principles consistent. - Work collaboratively with other Store Leads & Managers to share and ensure best practice across the business globally during roll out.- Support Store Management team to create regular briefings to make sure they are emcompassing the key messages of the project and change.
