Greg is a Chief Investment Officer at Benedict Canyon Equities where he is responsible for acquisition strategy and leading a team that sources multifamily investment opportunities across the Western U.S. Prior to joining BCE, Greg was responsible for all investment activity at Laguna Point Properties. Previous to that role, he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions nationally at TruAmerica Multifamily for several years. Earlier in his career, Greg was also an acquisitions officer at both Archstone Communities and Laramar Group.In the course of his career, Greg has personally sourced over $8 billion in apartment acquisitions, representing more than 50,000 units. The majority of these properties were purchased off market. In addition, he has been responsible for the disposition of more than $2 billion of multifamily assets.
