Retained by Ricoh Australia to continue to manage the Lanier Portfolio in the period of integration between the 2 Companies and to prepare the Lanier Portfolio ready for transfer into the Ricoh Finance system. Also actively involved in the reconciliation of accounts and ledgers for accounting and tax purposes.

Lanier Australia operated independently as part of Ricoh's Asia Pacific network with well established connections both in AsiaPac and throughout the world.Responsibilities included:• Managing the day to day operations of the Lease and Rental portfolio including credit assessment and approval, contract settlements, contract billing and responding to customer enquiries• Lead and mentor direct reports in the Lease Administration Team• Provision of all necessary training, documentation and advice to more than 50 indirect reports that made up the Direct Sales Team• Direct liaison with key Company stakeholders• Maintenance of pricing for all lease and rental products• Specific quoting of lease/rental pricing on complex transactions• Implementing and reviewing Statutory compliance measures• Developing and refreshing financing terms and conditions and processes• Providing timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders• Conducting regular performance appraisals on direct reports• Continually reviewing and improving lease and administration processes
