Not limited to plant operations I have also been able to serve on senior leadership teams mentoring and influencing through lean principles and standard work.As a twice certified Lean Black Belt I firmly believe in the fundamentals of lean management systems, PDCA, accountability and fostering the coaching mindset at all levels.
