iFLY is the world leader in design, manufacturing, sales and operations of wind tunnel systems for indoor skydiving. Supporting in the management of the full life cycle of the projects to help ensure that they are delivered on time and standard across 15 international venue development projects, multiple local innovation refurbishments, and coordinating local venue maintenance. Responsibilities:• Project administrative duties, including• Daily tracking and updating of project schedules• Progress reporting • Coordinating order approvals• Provide feedback and assistance to local Partners and Project Managers (PM’s) in partnered centres• Set out and check of Bounce specific build elements to the approved plans, such as:• Train local contractors in Bounce specific build elements• Coordinate repairs and maintenance for Australian venues• Australian venues require ongoing preventative and ad hoc maintenance• Complete scoping of work and supply quotations• Coordinate Site Managers and/or other contractors to complete the required work• To provide support for the Design & Construction Project Manager (DCPM) as required• Special projects• Monitor supplier and contractor performance • Continually look at better ways of carrying out our business• Conduct presentations to relevant managers, staff, departments where required

Bounce’s first site in the Scandinavian Territory was Stockholm. I took up a contract with them for 3-months to support the launch from the build and sourcing suppliers through to recruitment, training and running the site to ensure a successful launch period. Bounce’s 8th international site to be launched was in Singapore. I took up a contract with them for 3-months to support the launch from the build and sourcing suppliers through to recruitment, training and running the site to ensure a successful launch period. Bounce’s first international site launched in Dubai, 2014. I arrived prior to the build commencing and was responsible for all operational requirements coming into the launch. I was then charged with running the site on a day to day basis for the next 2-years. Bounce's first site launched in 2012. A start up with rapid growth that saw many changes in the business with the need to learn quickly and adapt to the fast-paced environment. During this time, I supported the launch of 2 more sites in Melbourne and Perth. The Great Race is a small start up that has expanded and grown from a two man business and moved interstate running urban adventure races from Hen's nights, Bucks nights to sports teams, corporate functions and any event in between. It is based upon the TV show The Amazing Race. The success of the business relies on word of mouth due to the satisfaction people get from being a part of a Great Race. When I first started running the Melbourne leg of the company there was 1-2 events per month with just myself involved. After finishing up with the company over a year later, I had developed a strong business presence in the Melbourne market, with 2-3 contract staff and 3-4 events per week and groups of up to 80 people per event.

I was approached by Fairfax media after a photo essay in the local newspaper and asked to work on a contractual basis. Over the period of 9 months I was sent to various locations in the South Island and had a number of photos published in national newspapers and magazines.
