Managed retail stores at varous Footlocker locations including Worcester, Boston, and Watertown. Grew Watertown location into one of the largest stores in the district, exceeding $3 million a year, in sales. Maintained inventory on a weekly and monthly basis, in order to determine sales movement, and decide if product should remain in a particular location or be shipped to a alternative location, in effort to liquidate product. Managed relationships with brokers and manufacturers on a daily basis in effort to obtain correct product mix for each Footlocker store under my supervision.
