CANTORI CARES, LLC also owns and operates Little Deeds (www.littledeeds.com), a home modification firm that helps those who are older or temporarily or permanently disabled feel safe and comfortable at home. As President & CEO of Maryland Nonprofits, Greg, along with an outstanding staff and board, led the way in helping nonprofits achieve their mission in serving others and making Maryland a better place to live. He led the Downtown Sailing Center in providing opportunities for children and adults to learn to sail and for teens to become certified sailing instructors. The Center also provides fully accessible sailing for those with disabilities or with disadvantaged backgrounds. For over 11 years. he was Executive Director of the Marion I. & Henry J. Knott Foundation; Governed by twenty-eight of Mr. and Mrs. Knott’s descendants and their spouses, the Foundation makes annual grants over $2.5 million in the areas of Human Services, Education, Catholic Activities, Health Care and the Arts and Humanities.During 7 fast-growing years, Greg was Executive Director of Light Street Housing where he led an initiative of "Homelessness to Homeownership". Greg's career began as a cartographer working on FEMA flood insurance maps and special projects for the World Bank and Board of Realtors. He took those skills to the Defense Mapping Agency (Now NGA) where he provided mapping and charting support for our merchant mariners and navy including supporting our troops with maps and charts in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm Specialties: Management, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Nonprofit operations, Grantwriting, Affordable Housing development
