I developed a working knowledge in individual income tax to be able to address first-tier questions in English or Spanish, provided live English-Spanish interpreting services when paired with a higher-tier agent for more complex inquiries, translated multiple informational brochures into Spanish, and served as part of the phone operator and mail crew to help manage and route incoming requests to the correct resource or department.
