Develop/maintain ExperLogix Product Configurator for all boat models, trailer models, and spare parts ordering. Continue the expansion of our implementation of ExperLogix CPQ. Work with various internal organizations such as product engineering, materials management, customer service, manufacturing, shipping, and accounting to ensure the proper/correct flow of information. Provide real-time reports containing data necessary for efficient business practices via Microsoft SQL and Microsoft CRM. Assist in systems training and development for manufacturing personnel.

Equipment management. Work Order tracking consisting of cost analysis, labor efficiencies, and schedule adherence. Develop and manage maintenance plans. SAP resource for organization.

Create and maintain MasterCraft's product configurator, BOM's, material routing, and labor routing. All of MC's boats are custom ordered by our dealer network and the configurator creates a specific BOM, routing, and work instructions for each order. The accuracy and detail of this process allows for efficient manufacturing with product flexibility.Over 15 years experience in Materials: including but not limited to Inventory control, warehousing, and purchasing.

Responsible for all inventories, raw, WIP, and service. Total inventory was >$8 million. Implemented bar code scanning, maintained <1% variance on all physical inventories. Managed up to 20 employees which produced over 2500 inventory transactions daily.
