I have been working with senior executives in Retail for 25 years across North America, Europe and Asia, helping shape, architect and execute various transformational programs. I enjoy helping clients think through ideas for dealing with, and exploiting disruptive changes in the industry, with a big focus on growth. I have an interest in continuing to learn and engage with industry leaders about the evolving industry dynamics in my role as the global head of our Retail Research, Innovation and Thought Leadership agenda. I like to write frequently on retail trends, most recently contributing to three articles – ‘Winning the Retail War: How to Compete with the Internet Pure Plays’; ‘Trading Spaces: Changing the way Retailers think about Stores’; and ‘UK Supermarket Price Wars - Who’s winning and who’s losing?’When I am not working, I spend a lot of time trying to hone and improve a very average golf game with friends and family.
