My areas of expertise include sales and acquisitions, leasing, construction and development, and deal structuring. Additionally, I am an active contributor to the PropTech and LegalTech communities.Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on high-impact projects, such as representing Amazon.com, Inc. in their build-to-suit industrial leases and development projects, completing over $10.5 billion in project value. I significantly reduced Neyer Properties’ outside legal spend on leasing transactions by approximately $650,000 in just one year, while increasing the volume of signed leases by more than 50%.
