Key responsibilities including oversight of construction, start-up, and operation of multiple plants, including BN National Trail Biodiesel facility in Newton, Illinois and BN Biofuels in Port of Palm, Florida. BN National Trail Biodiesel is a state of the art biodiesel production facility that had a production nameplate capacity of 50 million gallons per year of B100 biodiesel. BN Biofuels focused on blending of biodiesel with petro diesel, then on production of biodiesel and oleochemicals, while also housing R&D facilities. These facilities made use of a most efficient and patented reaction technology and managerial expertise, which will be a model for future biodiesel and biochemical production in the United States. Other key duties revolve around technology transfer.
