• Oversees the operations of the service line to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management. • Manages the department to ensure patient and employee satisfaction while promoting safety and retention. Serves as a real-time resource and assists with clinical expertise for staff and physicians. • Coordinates quality initiatives and process improvements. Aligns and manages to metrics.• Responsible for selection, orientation, on-boarding, and retention. • Lead pricing analyst for the North America/Asia transpacific trade • Conduct market analysis to determine total market capacity and individual carrier capacity• Collect and analyze market rates to determine proper pricing of services and equipment• Review and analyze equipment inventory in the USA, Asia and the Middle East in order to ensure adequate distribution• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to negotiate contract rates and cargo commitments• Collaborate with Lane Management to adjust routing and allocations to maximize loading and shorten transit times

• Oversight of forecasting, growth planning and budgetary models for multiple facilities• Review of policies, procedures and quality control of day to day operations• Adjust facility operations to ensure profitability and continued process improvement• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure services and amenities remain competitive and profitable • Ensures compliance with State regulations (AZDHS)
