I have extensive experience in production and operations management with over 25 years of leadership experience. I’m very effective at establishing a strategic direction and setting goals to meet our objectives. I have a solid background in pre-production planning and production control to produce product efficiently, of good quality, on time, and to the satisfaction of the customer. I manage business using “Lean” principles with an emphasis on eliminating waste. I’m very highly motivated and dedicated to ensure personal and company goals are met. I also have a great ability to coach and motivate others to meet those company goals and standards.
