I served as the Co-head of Construction and Development for RXR Realty.

I served as the Co-Head & Chief of Construction of the NYCEDC's approx $2.5 Billion Capital Program Department, managing design and construction for dozens of projects across a spectrum of construction market segments.

I served as the director of Operations in the Asset Management Division - manging facilities maintenance, capital improvements, and various facets of property management across the EDCs 60 million square foot portfolio.

I managed capital improvements for the NYCEDC's 140 building/60 Million sqft portfolio of real estate in NYC.

I served as a construction Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Project Manager on a variety of projects throughout New York City.

I worked as a construction engineer on a dozen elevator modernization and construction projects. I was 2nd in command of a gang of approximately 50 mechanics and constructors, self-performing on lump sum construction contracts throughout New York City.

I served as an Engineer Officer with various construction and combat engineering responsibilities. I held command, staff, and teaching positions, and served in an Infantry Regimental Combat Team during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.

I worked nights, weekends, and summers through various stages of highschool and college. I mostly built forms, and did all manner of grunt work for the professional journeymen I worked with.
