Manage the corporate security program for over 50 chemical plants, research facilities, offices and warehouses, for the protection and mitigation of risks to BASF personnel, supply chain, property and information. Provide global consultancy to Catalyst/Precious Metals Business Unit on a daily basis involving advice on risk and security issues, including: high risk travel, executive or board member protection, on-site threats to site or employees, investigations of criminal or code of conduct violations, due diligence on prospective customers, and compliance with government regulatory requirements.

Supervised more than 100 police detectives and task force officers from all investigative units, including Fraud, High-Tech Crime, Theft, Counter-Terrorism, Intelligence, Organized Crime, Narcotics and Homicide. Team member and on-scene crisis manager for Union County Emergency Response Team.

Conducted investigations for indictable crimes as well as initiate complex investigations relative to organized crime and sophisticated illicit drug enterprises.
