With over 30 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, I strive to deliver innovative and compliant IT solutions for complex and challenging situations. As a Director and Head of IT for Insolvency and Regional Restructuring at Alvarez & Marsal, I am responsible for embedding the technology systems that support the rapid growth and expansion of the team across the UK and overseas. I am motivated by the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who share the same vision and values of excellence, integrity, and collaboration.My role allows me to use my skills and curiosity in insolvency, restructuring, and business analysis to design, integrate and implement IT systems that meet the needs of both insolvency practitioners and stakeholders. I work with Turnkey's Insolvency Practitioners System, Insolvency Portal, and Virtual Cabinet hosted by Ekco, ensuring that they are aligned with the best practices and standards of the industry. I also manage the IT budget, risk, and compliance, and provide support to our staff and clients.
