The CFA UK Society consists of approximately 12,000 members. The Volunteer Steering Committee reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the establishment and ongoing development of the governance framework for volunteering across CFA UK.

The Ambassador Council provides the strategy, guidance and advice to the CFA UK Ambassador community. The Ambassadors, who are all volunteers, work within their organisations to further the aims of the Society to improve the overall membership experience.

The HOLT framework contains the historical financial data for 20,000 companies in 63 countries and displays it in an easy to interpret and consistent format enabling comparisons between companies across time, sectors and borders. The Custom Solutions Group (CSG) works with buy side clients to provide investment process using sophisticated and advanced Excel spreadsheets to provide custom built modelling, valuation and reporting applications. These applications provide a robust, consistent and efficient modelling environment. I also conduct valuation and financial modelling training to external clients and to Credit Suisse. The HOLT Framework Committee reviews, recommends and approves new developments to the HOLT framework and methodology.The Research Review Committee scrutinizes and reviews equity research analyst's work for quality, consistency and accuracy of financial data and valuation methodology prior to publication.

HOLT Value Associates worked with fund mangers to help them make better investment decisions by using HOLT's unique coporate performance measure, cash flow return on investment (CFROI) and valuation methodology.They also worked with corporate clients to help them communicate better with the fund managers who invested in them. In addition, we consulted to corporate clients on value based management analysis. HOLT Value Associates was acquired by Credit Suisse in February 2002.
