My depth of knowledge from the various projects that I've encountered over the years has given me insight into what it means to manage people, expectations, and budgets. From home building to multi-family repositions, it's been eye-opening to be a part of such diverse situations and changes. On the multi-family side, moving into estimating has shed light on what it takes to help owners set budgets for long and short-term holds. Development of software skills like QuickBase, Smartsheets, Excel, Word among others has helped me realize the language that fits many clients. There will always be an emerging market, so I plan to focus on helping these groups manage their assets with a proven company that has focus globally but acts locally.
