He has extensive World Class Manufacturing experience in plant and corporate organizations throughout North America and Europe. He has worked as a Reliability Director, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer, Maintenance/Project Manager, and Supervisor of Maintenance. • Strategic partner in implementing Shell Oil Company’s Total Reliability Improvement process. • Helped increased SAP-PM system usage within best practice implementation; trained operation and maintenance personnel in usage of SAP-PM• Helped client to generate over $13MM annual saving within GOM operating units.• Leading world-class conversion project at Gerdau Ameristeel’s Cartersville, Georgia and Cambridge, Ontario mill which affects every portion of their business to improve operation metrics and changing culture.• Developed Quaker Oats and Gatorade facilities support equipment strategy and implementation at all US and Canadian sites.Specialties: Maintenance & Reliability Assessments and Implementation.
