Responsible for developing and executing growth strategies related to licensing, partnerships and distributions agreements around the globe. The initial focus of this effort was in China developing new partners and strengthening existing relationships. Concurrently from September 2013 to April 2014 was the Invensys lead on the integration with Schneider Electric through the deal close and the end of Invensys’ last full fiscal year.Appointed VP, Office of the CEO, in March 2011, functionally Chief of Staff, upon appointment of new CEO of Invensys at the same time – until being asked to lead our China strategy at the end of 2012.
