After spending nearly 15 years in Chicago, my family and I relocated to Louisville, KY where I started an exciting role in Development with Trilogy Health Services. Most recently, I assumed leadership of our corporate treasury function. Previously, I led the Capital Markets team at Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners, a hospitality-focused real estate developer, owner, and operator. While there, we were focused on the expansion of Graduate Hotels – a new brand of hotels situated in some of the most vibrant college towns, each custom-designed to invoke the best memories from your college years. Prior to AJ Capital Partners, I co-founded a lending division serving the needs of large, publicly-traded real estate firms (REITs) at Associated Bank. Within a three year period, we grew the newly formed division into the largest group in Commercial Real Estate as measured by loan balances, deposit balances and net income.
