Primarily responsible for the implementation, configuration, and integration of applications within multi-tier and three-tier architectural environments.As Principal Middleware Engineer, I provide overarching management of multiple middleware applications. This requires definition and implementation of clusters, cluster members, federated repositories, JDBC and JMS resource scoping, and session state failover solutions. I manage JVM and Virtual Host mappings, plug-in files, code deployment rollback, and application configurations, and configured J2C resource adapters, connection factories, JMS providers, Tivoli Performance Viewer, and Data Replication Service domains. Administration of WebSphere is a primary part of this role.
