Responsible for leading and overseeing strategic initiatives, business development, and client engagement within our legal practice. My role focuses on:-Guide the growth of our legal sales team in executing strategic growth initiatives and client acquisition -Serve as a thought leader to law firms and legal organizations, sharing industry insights and best practices through speaking engagements and publications-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions that align with the evolving demands of the legal landscape

- Provide Professional Liability Insurance Solutions to mid-size law firms- Manage our association clients to ensure client satisfaction and grow brand recognition- Present Risk Management Seminars through a variety of channels as a subject matter expert- Deliver cyber insurance solutions to law firms to cover this ever increasing risk- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers- Renew law firm client insurance policies through a thorough annual assessment

• Manage the LPL Sales Producers in their daily sales activities including: product knowledge, value propositions, closing techniques, sales messaging, overcoming objections, new business prospecting, and policy delivery• Increase revenue for our Lawyer's Professional Liability division• Ensure individual and team attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual production goals• Develop training programs to continually build upon sales team knowledge of products, competitors, and industry and market changes• Develop and maintain department budget to ensure costs are within budget guidelines• Maintain open lines of communication with various carriers to ensure underwriting guidelines are being adhered to• Assist in implementing marketing and business plans to support sales strategies with sales team

• Maintain prospect pipeline of known policy X-dates and develop new prospects, focusing primarily on law firms• Call prospects and customers to screen, qualify and sell current LPL products featured.• Cross-sell all available products to existing customers and new prospects. • Introduce new product offerings to prospects and customers to increase cross-sell opportunities.• Respond to incoming sales calls in an effective manner to close the sale.• Accurately record all lead information in the company provided sales tracking system (Sales Logix), including all call activity, follow up and opportunities developed.• Establish ongoing relationship with existing clients, for the purpose of cross-selling additional lines of business.• Develop sales leads from new member association listings and in accordance with Association rules.• Complete and submit sales and production reports to management as requested. • Attend weekly sales meetings and customer/association events as required.• Meet monthly and annual sales revenue goals.
