My offer to the planning and development world comes from decades of experience helping a wide range of clients navigate our town planning system. In doing that I have also managed, owned, and founded consultancies in planning, sustainability, master planning and architecture.The work I enjoy is metropolitan, hence founding a practice called metropolis. Fields are a rarity in my portfolio, housing land supply goes way over my head and I tell clients with a Green Belt vision that I probably won’t live long enough to share it. But if it is urban, gritty or elegant, big or small, old or very old, could be taller, or more dense, or more mixed, designed better, made more neighbourly, advocated better, objected to, or something you really should be told to forget, that is the kind of thing I do.
