I have been working at BSRIA - Worlwide Market Intelligence in the UK since 2000, joining as International Market Analyst for the team leading research in Structured Cabling. During the first four years I also conducted research in Air Conditioning, Commercial Refrigeration, Facilities Management, and analysed markets in Asia, America, Europe and Maghreb.The studies published by BSRIA on Market/Competitive Intelligence are used by corporate customers in the building industry, within the scope of their own Economic Intelligence processes: in short, collecting and transforming market data into information which is passed to organisations for their own intelligence needs.
