At Gravyty I was the second member of a development team that builds AI for Nonprofits. My responsibilities included working with the Sales team to build new UI and improve the existing UX, and the Data Science team to implement Machine Learning models. I worked on the whole web tech stack, including a Django backend in Python, with a Postgres SQL.

Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, Alabama

At NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center I worked on the MAESTRO team that writes software to manage the hardware in the loop simulation for the avionics of the Space Launch System (SLS), NASA's upcoming heavy payload rocket and Space Shuttle replacement. My work was in Python, using the Twisted asynchronous networking engine, and included work with UDP.

FIRST offers teams of high schoolers the chance to build a robot to compete at an unique game. My 5th season on the team, I helped younger students with software design and programming of Java GUIs and C++ robot code including: autonomous programs, feedback loops, joystick UI, and interfacing to a seperate Arduino. I was a software team representative to.

As the VP of Software I worked to communicate between the software team and the strategy, electrical, and mechanical teams. I lead the design and architecture of Java and C++ robot code. I personally debugged network and CPU performance issues during competition. I also maintained team-wide source control repositories using Git.

As a member I was the principal programmer on various projects including: C# GUI to display information to the robot's drivers using a custom UDP networking system, image processing to detect goals from data from the robot's camera, and autonomous routines utilizing sensor data and real time decision making.
