CurrentAs the Chief Executive Officer of PGI, Greg is engaged in operational leadership across the organization and provides strategic vision to ensure that the company delivers consistent, outstanding services to customers while achieving its financial goals.In 2009, Mr. Craddock led a group of private investors that acquired PGI. Under his leadership, PGI has grown exponentially. From 2009 to 2014, PGI went from 0 in revenue to being recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately-owned companies in the United States, finishing as number 6 in the state of Virginia and number 106 nationally. In 2015, PGI finished at number 137 nationally and number 4 in Virginia according to Inc. Magazine. PGI also earned the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Vanguard Award for top growth in the state. Additionally, PGI was recognized as the 3rd fastest growing company in the Washington DC region by Washington Technology Magazine for 2015. In 2017, PGI was recognized by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce as the GOVCON Contractor of the Year for companies $25 to $75 million. Under Mr. Craddock’s leadership, PGI was named a Best Place to Work by Virginia Business Magazine in 2020 and 2021. PGI has also won supplier excellence recognition from Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and a host of other government contracting companies.Before joining PGI, Mr. Craddock served as a consultant to the US government and managed sensitive programs worldwide. Mr. Craddock also previously served in the intelligence community and was among the first boots on the ground in Afghanistan and Iraq. Craddock also served as a Ranger and Special Forces Soldier. Mr. Craddock earned a bachelor’s degree from Ferrum College and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University. He is a current member of the Virginia Chamber Military & Veterans Affairs Executive Committee. Mr. Craddock is also an active supporter of a number of charities that support veterans.
