Providing technical and management support and program management services for the design and construction of a 150 mile 84 to 108-inch-diameter pipeline including three lake intakes and pump stations, and three booster pump/reservoir facilities, conveying water to the district from Lake Palestine.Project Manager for West Harris County Regional Water Authority Surface Water Project, a 96" treated water transmission line taking water from Houston's Northeast Water Purification Plant at Lake Houston to serve West Harris County and North Fort Bend. AECOM is responsible for approximately 12 miles of the 40 mile pipeline in the eastern segment of the alignment. The project includes rail crossings, major highway crossings, crossing of several bayous and a 1.1 mile long deep tunnel.Project lead for the North Texas Municipal Water District's Lower Bois d'Arc Reservoir treated water pipeline Segment D from the new Leonard Water Treatment Plant near Leonard, Texas to McKinney, Texas. Segment D is planned as approximately 14 miles of 84" Welded Steel Pipe that routes through mostly rural Texas north of the DFW Metroplex. The project scope includes route verification, alternate alignment analysis, engineering design and preparation of PS&E, and Construction Phase Services and is expected to begin construction in late 2019.
