Sales development and client management for key accounts in Mexico and Latin AmericaResponsibilities:o Responsible for opening and developing company awareness and sales initiative in new markets previously unexploited by companyo Proven sales success engaging with Latin American tourism boards, hotels, airlines and DMC’s (Achieved in excess of $3 million in sales during first 36 months with company)o Confidently sell a broad portfolio of products: print advertising, digital marketing, e-learning, webinars, virtual exposo Strategic planning for variety of account and product categories, including new product introduction to regional advertiserso Country-by-country strategic planning for sales outreach, product portfolio presentationso Effectively engage with remote HQ team and report progress via Sales Force, Base Camp, Google Analytics and other performance measurement platformso Interface with VP Sales on strategic and implementation issueso Interface with VP/Publisher on advertising initiativeso Manage activities of ‘Director of Sales’ for regiono Develop region-specific sales collateral (English/Spanish/Portuguese)o Write, design, update proposals for new business recruitment (client needs assessment, program scoping and costing)o Monitor and update to all agent-facing e-learning programs; direct all needed updates to campus content for all Mexico/Latin America programs o Management and oversight of all e-learning campus launches; assist with course design, course authorship; extensive client interface during creation and launch phases. o Client servicing through monthly outreach with relevant reports, program optimization ideaso Assistance to clients through ‘how to’ trainings, conference calls, database requestso Write, deploy, analyze online surveys to assess program effectiveness and reveal needs
