    Reporting to the CIO, I am responsible for establishing and executing the vision for the delivery of information and analytics solutions to HRM’s key stakeholders, including managers, staff and ultimately HRM citizens.Overall management responsibility for the architecture, design, delivery and supportof operational reports, business intelligence applications and supporting infrastructure (i.e., data,metadata, data integration, etc.) at HRM. I have the mandate to provide BI and data governance education and to ensure that changing/evolving information needs and priorities of stakeholders are understood thus ensuring alignment between their needs and BIDS team efforts. Further, I am a change agent with a mandate to position BI and evolve data driven decision making at HRM.
