Senior Vice President/Vice President, Risk ManagementSenior Vice President of Affiliated Businesses• Responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the credit union’s (CUSO) subsidiaries including TCU Insurance Agency, TCU Title Services, and TCU Travel, as well as TCU Mortgage, and Information Security/Business Continuity.Vice President of Audit and Advisory Services• Responsible for the strategic planning and management of TCU’s Internal Audit and Security functions. This included risk assessment, scheduling and completion of audits, managing regulatory examinations and external audits, plus overseeing the physical security and fraud investigation functions. Senior Director of Human Resources• Responsible for the strategic planning, management, and operation of TCU’s human resource function. This included personnel, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management.Director of Quality Assurance and Internal Audit• Developed the quality assurance function and while leading Internal Audit.Manager of Internal Audit• Developed and managed the initial internal audit function at TCU. Responsible for evaluating risk, reviewing internal controls, evaluating regulatory compliance, and coordinating external audits and examinations.

• Performed safety and soundness and regulatory compliance examinations on state-chartered institutions as both a field examiner and as examiner-in-charge.
