I am a Sales Manager for account executives in Edmonton and the surrounding area. The Program Sales Manager markets and supports targeted business sales programs including the entire A4 Xerox product line, as well as the quickly growing Managed Print Services program. Day to day includes guiding the team towards monthly performance targets, the position requires close management, coaching, and training to ensure consistent contribution from all team members. This mainly includes inspecting and being accountable for weekly activities of all team members surrounding the positions' supported business areas. I am required to develop buy-in to my programs and inspire effort from reps to invest their time in targeted program sales cycles. Recruitment and on-boarding are additional responsibilities, and are key to program success, ensuring no territory is without a covering sales rep to provide clients with customer service and sales support.
