At MBP I am a member of a team of five working in accordance with BIM and across the RIBA Plan of Work, specifically on stages A-D & E-L. The projects range from residential work to large-scale retail outlets. I have prepared planning applications, as well as documents required for building regulations. These have encompassed drawings, design and access statements and the writing of building specifications. This involved communication with stakeholders including clients, planners, engineers and building suppliers; discussing issues with planning applications as well as structural matters.

Working as part of a team of three, I helped draw together a number of Architectural projects focusing on the extension and alterations of large homes. In doing so, I helped survey a number of projects, as well as help produce the required technical drawings for Planning Permission and Building Regulations. My individual set of work came in the shape of 3D visuals which were used for marketing as well as providing the clients with a view of the future.

Having been put forward for a church extension and alteration, Stone Ecclesiastical hired me on a short term basis to create a number of 3D visuals of their design. These images were presented alongside other pieces of work to the church congregation, resulting in Stone Ecclesiastical being confirmed as the projects architects.

As part of a Planning module at University, I worked at Bristol City Council for six weeks. During my time there I produced a written piece of research into Pre Applications and how the process could be improved.
