Greg has extensive experience in public policy and management, strategy and performance measurement from 15 years senior experience in the NSW Government and as a consultant for the last 10 years. He has particular experience in human services, having advised the State and Commonwealth Governments on a broad range of issues—particularly housing, disability and health—as well as environmental policy. This works alongside his Asia Pacific experience in establishing alliances and supporting the development of high performance teams underpinning large public infrastructure projects.Greg has an excellent ability to build trust and rapport with his clients, and combines an understanding of how systems work with an ability to help teams and individuals perform through effective coaching.
