Nestlé USA – Nestlé Coffee Partners:- Stand-up and lead a PMO department to provide end-to-end project, process and portfolio management for all innovation and renovation for both the CPG and food service business units.- Project Management: Source, lead, coach and develop a team of 10 direct report project managers.- Process Management: Continuously improve innovation processes and tools, including governance structure, stage gate process, and a PPM (project portfolio management) system; pilot new methodologies including Agile/Scrum.- Portfolio Management: Provide reporting, facilitate prioritization and decision making and make recommendations for improvement.

Nestlé USA – Nestlé Coffee Partners:- Manage an innovation portfolio delivering in excess of 250MM USD.- Build organizational project management capabilities by hiring 5 project managers and establishing project management best practices.- Manage and continuously improve innovation processes and tools, including governance structure, stage gate process, and a PPM (project portfolio management) system.

Nestlé Research Center:- Serve as Deputy Head of PMO for an organization of 25+ senior project managers, including 5 direct reports.- Manage strategic research programs with high business and organization impact and senior sponsorship.- FiberUP Program: Developed proprietary all-natural fiber-based solutions for vegan product innovations.- Triathlon Program: Scientifically substantiated differentiated consumer communications on healthier carbohydrates for cereal-based products.

Nestlé USA – Confections Division:- Designed, implemented and led a PMO responsible to deliver the product development portfolio.- Led, coached and developed a team of 8 direct report project managers.- Portfolio manager: managed project portfolio to deliver >50MM USD per year, facilitated decision making (prioritization, resourcing, gates), reported portfolio health, ensured alignment with corporate planning processes.- Nutrition Health & Wellness program manager: Removed artificial colors and flavors and partially hydrogenated oils from all chocolate products and artificial flavors from all sugar products; press release generating 1.2B impressions; scope included >550 products produced in 14 factories. Delivered on time and budget.

Nestlé USA – Confections Division:- Managed product development, cost saving, quality and operations projects.- Launched Butterfinger Bites to generate 12.6MM USD. Captured bite-size trend in largest brand, leveraged underutilized line to limit capex and increase asset intensity, accelerated timeline 24 to 12 mos.- Launched Strawberry Watermelon Kazoozles to generate 2.4MM USD. Leveraged opportunity to modify product format to improve quality and reduce line changeovers, accelerated timeline 18 to 9 mos.

Nestlé USA – Global Foods Division:Managed projects to initiate supply of new products to foreign Nestlé affiliates. Assisted in identifying new export opportunities and ensuring the supply of existing affiliate export agreements.

Nestlé USA – Information Technology:Managed customer master data conversion projects within multi-million dollar acquisition, divestiture and business development initiatives.
