Since the fall of 2017 I have run my own business importing and distributing allied products in the Specialty Coffee industry, as well as consulting with a large corporate client. Exclusive importer for Alchemy's line of super food elixirs - Alchemy North America + master distributor for PUQPress in USA - Next Wave Imports / Next Wave EquipmentPrior work experience:I spent 5 years in business management, as a regional manager and purchaser working for Gone Surfing (action sports industry) in Northern California (1999-2001; 2005-2007).I spent 10 years in venue management (including bar and marketing/promotions), special event management and logistics and as a talent buyer for both the Orpheum Theater and Pine Mountain Amphitheater (now Pepsi Amphitheater) in Flagstaff, AZ (PMA: 2008-2010) (Orpheum: 2003-2013)I spent 3 years handling accounts payable/receivable, as well as bookkeeping, data entry and overall operations for a Portland, OR based coffee roaster and multi-location cafe. During that time I played a role in the opening of both a new 4,000 sq ft roasting facility, as well as a new cafe location. Acted as project manager for a remodel of the flagship location, and worked on consulting with clients looking to open their own cafes by helping with business and financial plans (2014 - 2017)
