• Define, maintain, and promote company’s technology roadmap• Identify technology trends that present opportunities or risks. • Assist Product Management with conceptualizing new products and significant new product enhancements• Evaluate and choose new technologies (examples: Federation Server, XML Gateway, etc.) that will best meet project needs.• Guide development teams with regards to analysis of new technologies, components, and standards.• Choose technology standards (e.g. SAML 2.0 for federation)• Work with Solutions Deployment to help design high level solutions to meet customer needs.
