Our residential work is based in the south-west Seattle market place and our commercial work is focussed on the downtown core throughout south Seattle. Project Management, Client Relations, Contract Management, Schedule and Budget Management* Built a high performance custom home in the Sunset Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The home is being built incorporating many standards of "passive-home" construction. Project value $400K, Project duration 5 months* Completed a tenant improvement creating a veterinary surgical facility in the Poly Clinic hospital complex in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Aside from overall project management I also negotiated for the client's interest with the property management company Kidder-Mathews. Operations manager, project management, cost estimator, building design, site superintendent, crew lead, carpenter• Provided turn key general contracting services to private development interests, including a highly complicated 20,000 sq ft, $6 million build-out of nine homes on two steep-slope lots in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle. • Provided light commercial and tenant improvement services to private interests: the café in the Dearborn Street Goodwill, the redevelopment of an office park for The Seattle Midwifery School, storefront retrofits in downtown Seattle. • Several design-build clients; remodeling and building new custom homes. • Completed several multi-unit framing and finishing contracts (typ. 4-7000 sq. ft.).
