Worked primarily as the lead Splunk Administrator, growing & managing our on-premises Splunk Enterprise footprint from 100GB/day to 1150GB/day in 2019 when we added ITSI & Splunk Enterprise Security premium solutions to the platform. During our merger with Beaumont Health in 2022, I worked with Splunk professional services to migrate our on-premises Splunk Enterprise to Splunk Cloud.During the Splunk Cloud migration, I also worked with Cribl professional services to onboard Cribl Stream from dev/test to production. Since onboarding Cribl Stream, I've also served as the lead Cribl Administrator.

Worked as a Windows Server Administrator & Isilon NAS Administrator. As a Windows server administrator my time was primarily spent deploying VMWare servers and troubleshooting issues with them. During this time, I also managed WSUS used for automated deployment of Microsoft security patches on a monthly basis.As an Isilon NAS Administrator, my time was spent migrating file shares from legacy NetApp and Microsoft file clusters to the Isilon and creating new NFS & SMB shares on the Isilon. During this time, I also led a proof-of-concept project tasked with onboarding the Superna Eyeglass product from development to production, which replaced custom scripting that had been used for site-to-site failover for our various Isilon access zones.

Worked as a Lead Computer Operator, Senior Computer Operator and Computer Operator over the 14 years spent working in Computer Operations, which eventually became our Network Operations Center.Monitored nightly mainframe batch job processing, handled tape input and print output (claims, statements, reports), and daily offsite backup tape rotations before job focus was eventually shifted to monitoring network & servers using Openview and other custom dashboards & monitoring tools.
