Some key accomplishments during my tenure include:- Transitioned from a commuter college to a 24/7/365 residential campus- Restructured from single owner to Employee Owned (ESOP) to a 501c(3) non-profit- Expanded offerings to include Nursing, Culinary Arts, Skilled Trades, Bachelor Degrees and more- Facilitated partnerships with Industry, Secondary Schools, and other Post Secondary Institutions- Rebranded from Pittsburgh Technical Institute to Pittsburgh Technical College- Navigated a complex and rapidly changing regulatory environment- Oversaw $100 million of debt acquisition and restructuring- Led college through 200,000 square feet of new construction for specialty labs, new program offerings, office expansion, and residential space- Led the development of multiple strategic plans

Chief Operating Officer of this $35 million subsidiary of a $700 million publicly traded IT services firm. Responsible for Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, Purchasing, and Web Development Center - Successfully managed integration of front office and back office procedures and personnel for company merger.- Determined pricing strategies and costing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability- Led growth from start-up to a $35 million company- Led expansion of facilities and the opening of regional sales offices - Structured incentive based results-oriented company wide compensation plan.
