This collaborative, balanced, and multi-disciplinary practice dovetails beautifully with my philosophy of holistic, compassionate professionalism.My physio is now enhanced by my blossoming 'Health & Mindset Management' speaking business where I get to speak, travel and coach in the area of health & personal development. I am about changing lives in the laying on of hands and in the spoken word. Psychologist William James famously said ,"The greatest revelation of our generation is the discovery that human beings , by changing the inner attitudes of their minds can change the outer aspects of their lives"...this ‘revelation’, the power to change the mind fuelled a change in my life that took me from the depths of despair to a rich life (in all its meanings). My passion and purpose now is finding and sharing the tools of change and transformation in body mind and spirit.
