I run a boutique Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) service in the Northern Rivers of NSW and South East Queensland, but we also have many national clients from all around Australia. Our team of counsellors and psychologists has grown recently and we are able to offer face to face sessions (including on site visits) as well as online or phone sessions.In my coaching and counselling work, I provide support to people who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties or challenges in their personal or professional lives. Areas range from burnout and career transition to career development, interpersonal and relational challenges, and workplace mental health. In addition to my clinical training as a registered professional counsellor I have assisted a number of senior leaders as an executive and business coach, as well as having held a number of senior leadership positions over my career. It is my personal objective to combine a strong understanding of industry and leadership in business with my clinical training in psychology and counselling, in order to provide a practical and results focused approach to managing psychosocial risk and improving mental health in the workplace.
