Responsible for the management of the accounting function for the Powershop Group, including financial accounting, management accounting, strategic and commercial advice and financial project work.I developed and implemented a streamlined reporting process which resulted in a significant shortening in reporting time, and provided greater insight into the key drivers of the business success. Managed the finance and accounting work steam of Powershop’s expansion into the UK market. This included working effectively with multiple parties to prepare financial modelling, corporate structuring, international taxation advice, and UK domiciled company setup.
